I saw the city crew fixing the traffic lights at this intersection a couple weeks ago. It is took me 2-3 full light cycles to make a turn from westbound Frankford Rd onto Coit Rd going south. There was a dedicated left-turn green light after a couple cycles of flashing yellow. The flashing yellow is useless because eastbound Frankford is always busy and there is not a gap to turn. It is also hard to see cars coming when there is a line of cars waiting to turn left across from you.
