So the streets and alleyways in the villages of east point are private property?? Who do we contact to have fixed then?

Also this is a paved alleyway with a city storm drain that is accessed by the city's sanitation dept so how is this considered private property?

Jarvis, the streets are City ROW. The rear of this property is an alley way and not a City ROW. The sanitation trucks only travel the alley to collect the garbage. The design of the alley way was for the resident to have a driveway access to their garages, rear of their property and to eliminate on street parking. The city will repair the roadways that are within the city ROW within the Sub-Division.
