Pot Holes and Possible Broken Water Main: The alley between Moss Side Ave and Montrose on the 2900 block has many potholes. The pot holes behind this address have filled with water continuously for over a month. The water now has traveled half the length of the alley, continuously filling all pot holes and making the soil moist, making it seem like there is a major water break under the alley.
