Good luck with that...if the registration is up to date, the police gives them 7 days to move the vehicle, and getting the police back out after stickering the vehicle requires another phone call. And moving the vehicle can mean the owner can push it a foot and that counts. If you look around this area, there are cars that never move (unless someone complains) that have up to date registrations that are stored on public streets and never get driven. The city ordinance on the 7 day rule (nuisance vehicles : 12-7002 section D) is never enforced, even with a 2 year police call log).
