I recieved a call from Larain Murry @ Penndot which stated the Bridge belongs to the City of Philadelphia I contacted 311 spoke with rep Katie in turn questioned her Supervisor Meneva and they are attempting to contact Penndot to give me answers as to who is responsible. 6/24/2010 10:30 am
