Unit 5580 in building 23 continues to throw trash outside around there patio is so filthy and disgusting they also have a dog that lives in one place on the patio in a cage. The smell from dog urine and poop makes it impossible for me to enjoy my patio bc I'm directly above them. I can be reached at 404-602-2823
