These pods are here on the backside of the apartment complex at 4600 Roswell Road Building H. I am concerned they may impede access if emergency vehicles need to access the area. They are here quite frequently and for longer periods of time. They are directly below my unit. The trash issue mentioned prior to this complaint continues to be a problem.
