A. The stream was milky white or gray. It has been like this on and off all week someone upstream is dumping waste probably from a construction site into the storm drain. This picture was taken 10/13 around 615pm.

Staff has been to this area several times, but are unable to locate any source for the discharge. Staff continues to ride the area looking for the potential sources.
