A manhole has collapsed on st James bt Arlington and Dartmouth presenting a huge hazard to all road ysers. In general the pavement in this stretch is a complete disgrace to pavement engineers everywhere. It is contains almost a complete typology of pavement failure types. Alligator cracking, corrugations, longitudinal cracking, refraction cracking..... It's all there! For the love of God and public safety: repave this street now!
