Beschreibung

For almost 1 year the fire hydrant in front of our home has large open area that drops into a hole. It is a serious hazard our daughter cannot walk around in front of the house because of this large gaping hole. On more than one occasion I've seen a cone and caution taped around it. Also there is a strong smell of sewage in that area.
