Beschreibung

A bicycle rack was pulled out of the brick sidewalk on 7th St above I St NW. It was anchored to the brick paver with bolts. This rack was very weakly attached to the ground. The adjacent bike rack is not fit for use, either, as bolts are missing or loose, and the rack is falling over.
