This issue was acknowledged by the city of raleigh weeks ago and apparently deemed perfectly fine. The car is propped up on cinder blocks. Children play around it. It is NOT being worked on and is a safety hazard. It has clearly become a public nuisance. If this were 3/4 of a mile west of this area it would have been LONG gone.

We have passed this along to staff.
