There is an illegal rooster in the back yard at 229 Greenwich Avenue. This thing has been crowing every morning for the past few months! I reported this to Chris Soto (via voice mail) at Livable Cities on Monday, March 22, 2010, but I've had no acknowledgement of my call. The city of New Haven allows chickens but NOT roosters. HELP!!!
