I've had mold in my apartment in my venting/duct system for one year in September and found out today the maintenance me been spraying bleach on the outside to make the mold disappear for it to return worse than before. After speaking with the manager he made a comment saying he's seen mold in apartments for over 20 years etc please help me and my kids
