I work on Colonial Medical Ct and the field on this corner which was once leased and maintained by Stoney's farm market next door is no longer leased and is now untended and looks bad due to weeds and grass overgrowth. The owner of this property (I think Ludwig Sternlicht) should be maintaining this and isn't. Looks very unsightly for the hospital and adjoining businesses. Please help!
This is a recurrent problem so is there a way this can be monitored so someone doesn't have to keep reporting it? Or fine the property owner for not maintaining compliance with city code!
