Loitering and panhandling regularly occurs at this offramp in the area between the offramp and on ramp is a safety issue. Panhandlers walking out into traffic as the light change occurs happen lyrics regularly in addition to near miss rear end accidents when vehicles stop to hand off money, etc, etc. I recommend adding No Solicitation or similar signage soon before an incident occurs and someone is injured or worse.
