Please paint "STOP" and a stop control line on southbound Franklin pavement at 3rd St. At this intersection the stop sign is hidden under a metal awning and often visually blocked by trucks. Traffic on 3rd does not stop, so when drivers on Franklin don't see their stop sign, disaster ensues. As a business owner on 3rd St, I have seen serious accidents involving both vehicle-vehicle and vehicle-pedestrian crashes here. It's constantly risky for everyone.
