This is the second time someone has dumped on this small street. Unfortunately, the area businesses have customers that must drive by this. Black bags were dumped and ignored by the city (See report #2604826) and now dumpers feel they can dump here because they see others have. This is one of the biggest causes of blight in the city; garbage laying around much too long before it is picked up (if it is). I sent in a report last week (See report # above), and twice I was given excuses as to why it could not be picked up. I re-opened the report for the second time today to show the city how silly the excuses are that people are getting on this site regarding garbage pick up. In fact, if you look at the report above, you'll see that I have made it very easy for the city to help me with a solution to that problem. Now, the city needs to pick up this report's garbage along with the other report. They are very close to each other.
