Home owner at 2252 General Booth Blvd has allowed bushes and trees to grow into the storm drains in the back of his property blocking the flow of storm runoff causing flooding, standing water, rodents, snakes, and mosquitos to breed. Debris from overgrown bushes,branches of trees and various bulky garbage is clogging storm drains.
