Beschreibung

This is the third time I've reported this vehicle blocking the alley next to our house. I got an email from DPW (Service Request 16-00545323) an hour ago saying it was closed because the vehicle was gone when they arrived. The attached photo shows the vehicle still there. Either the people never came out and closed the service request (meaning they are lying) or they are just incompetent. Please take care of this truck blocking the alley.
