A new sign was placed in front of 713 F Street NE recently near the alley for two-hour parking, but a matching sign was NOT placed at the other end of the block near 8th and F Streets which is confusing. Is there only ONE restricted space in front of 713 (which is a business), but the others are non-restricted (which are both business and residential)??
