The property owner has been contacted about this matter

This happens every year during the growing season.. The weeds need to be cut every couple of weeks but owner does once and then it has to be reposted. You can't see the traffic coming up the hill. The traffic coming up the hill does not have a stop sign.

It is definitely a problem. Very dangerous!!!
