Beschreibung

There is no sidewalk for pedestrians on Virginia Center Parkway. There are residences where elderly people and families with children live off of Virginia Center Parkway and these people walk to the shops on Brook Road. There is no sidewalk for them to safely walk. There have been elderly people with walkers walking in the road on Virginia center parkway, this is an accident waiting to happen. Why is there not a sidewalk?
