SE & NW corners of 18th & Carpenter St's are two empty lots/abandoned bldg that has tons of rubbish piling up on and around the properties.

Please contact the owners to have it cleaned up and let them know that they are to make sure it stays clean on an ongoing basis. the neighbors around the properties keep our lots and sidewalks clean. they should do the same or we should fine them.
