Staff will go out and perform an assessment. This does not necessarily mean that there will be a shield install.

This street light should have been installed at the lowest wattage available. Is 115 E. Whitaker Mill Road the residence of primary concern here? We will need to pinpoint the exact complaint location to allow Duke Energy to address the situation effectively.

Primary concern is across the street - 118 E Whitaker.

I would assume that all houses in the immediate vicinity have the same concern, 110-120 E Whitaker Mill are all impacted.
