I have reported this graffiti incident many times. I think the owner of the property should be fined and the city of Chelsea should make him/her remove it immediately.. I live in Chelsea and pass by it every day going to work. Should I go to ISD to report it??????????????

After a series of tickets issued last year, ISD has again contacted the owner by letter and will pursue compliance via the terms of our graffiti ordinance, which begins with an order to clean and a 15-day grace period before fines are allowed to be levied.
