Resident puts trash in blue recyclable bin instead of regular green trash bin and trash can needs to go in back of the house near alley for trash pick up, not in front of the house. Recyclable bin is currently in front of house with trash filled to the top please send someone to pick it up and notify resident of proper guidelines regarding trash pick up and proper dispensing... to whom it may concern thank you and have a wonderful day!
