This issue has been reported once before. Since an inspector previously came out the grass and shrubs have grown exponentially. Grass is well over a foot now in all areas and is encroaching onto a neighbors property. The house is also VACANT and has not been resided in for over 3 months as they have no power. The address is simply used to drop off and pick up children from after school activities.
