I agree this is not good for the neighborhood. Vehicle/trailer have been there & trailer has been booted since I moved here in SEPT. 2015. I have seen drug users utilizing the private space behind the trailer, and needles have been left behind in the grass there.

The man had this trailer open and was working out of it to fix this white van, which was up on 3 wheels. He's been parked in these spots for MONTHS, and I wouldn't doubt the boot is his own just so that he doesn't get towed. This is totally unfair.

Car and trailer have been gone for a few days now; an officer spoke to this gentleman a week or two ago.
