I couldnt believe what I was seeing this morning Ed.

I know. She and I had words after she flew by as I was putting my 3 year old in the car (on a quiet residential street). No apologies, just all sass out of her mouth.

This is more common than you think. I see these school buses exceeding the speed limit, not using their turn signal, running red lights, and turning in front of on coming traffic, on regular basis. Unfortunately company doesn't check on them, even though they have a GPS system that can give them feedback on the speeding. Bottom line, the quality of the drivers are below par and your children and others drivers are at risk. I doubt you complaint will go anywhere.

I complained three times to the company but there she is speeding by my house every morning. I do wonder what their routes and timelines are. Are they racing to complete multiple routes within an unrealistic period of time? That may explain the lack of response from the company. Perhaps a tenacious journalist could explore this or the NHPD actually could step in.

The bus company does not care. All of their drivers are going above the speed limit and there is a reason for it. Take down the bus info and follow the bus to find out what school it is going to. Then send an email to the principal and cc the superintendent and the mayor. Keep records so if something ever happens they will have some explaining to do if they took no action.
