In front of 1634 14th St NW, there are signs prohibiting parking where there is a driveway. The driveway used to access a business( car repair garage ). That business is now gone & has been turned into retail/gym. The driveway is defunct and goes nowhere. This street space could be turned into parking spaces/meters for customers if signage were changed. This would also generate $ if meters were installed. It currently makes no sense why parking is restricted for a defunct driveway going nowhere!
