Beschreibung
Bikes speed though this area with no regard for residents and tourist foot traffic. There have been numerous close calls. When this sidewalk gets narrowed down with the seawall project bike traffic MUST be routed elsewhere. Bikers are discourteous, do not use warning bells and cuss at pedestrians who they deem to be in their way. There is a "Pedestrians have right a way" sign to the south. It could help here along with a speed limit.

Can the City of Seattle place Bicycle and Pedestrian signs on the city sidewalk?
