When I walk , on the sidewalk, in this block I have to move into the street, whch is Unsafe, because of plants, trees and bushes that encroach the walking pathway.There is a bush on Fairview, at Fairview and Elm. Another bush at 824 Fairvew. Also along Fairview, at Fairview and Berks, that homeowners , what use to be a nice hedge, is al overgrown and needs to be trimmed or removed.
