Street Sweeping Problem: I have been a condo owner on Castro Street (between 3rd and 4th) for over six years. During that time, each side of Castro Street on our block was swept one day each week. Recently new signs were posted that indicate street sweeping will occur six days a week (3 days on each side). This requires that I move my car and repark every day except Sunday. It is also confusing because the time restrictions are for midnight-3 a.m. which means I have to remember that the night of street sweeping is actually the next day. There is also a 3rd sign on the same block that indicates street sweeping on Tuesday and Friday from midnight to 3 a.m. which is different from the nights posted on the other two signs. I've been ticketed twice under this sign even though I parked on Monday morning. This is all too much street sweeping and too confusing. Please reduce the schedule to what it was before, no more than one cleaning per week per side of the street. Thank you!
