Beschreibung

There is a parkette on Balliol just east of Yonge. I think it is shared by both the city and Greenwin Apts. It is always being watered in the west end of the parkette. Even when it is raining the water comes on. Because there is a parking lot underneath there is no real drainage for the water and as a result it is becoming a mud hole with very green grass. The parkette is pretty well unusable unless you have your wellys on. I'm not sure who is actually responsible for the watering.
