I think the only way to take care of this is to get our block RPP zoned. I think ROSA is allowed for a good number of days (much too many, IMO) in a non-RPP zone. Please correct me if I am wrong on that. I would be up for starting the process for zoned parking.

There is a petition for RPP currently circulating among owners of the 1300 block, we need 51% of owners on the block to sign it.
I believe ROSA is technically allowed for no more than 30 days after the initial violation has been observed (http://dmv.dc.gov/service/registration-out-state-automobile-rosa-0). DPW doesn't seem to care enough to enforce this on our block.
