Berry Lane is a Private Lane off of Pennell Rd. The hazards are the drivers that speed South on Pennell Rd and then realize someone is turning into Wolff's Apple House. There is also a bike easement on the road for cyclists.
Give the residents of Berry Lane and break when you see them trying to exit onto Pennell and let them out. It would be much safer for everyone.
