Thank you for removing a good portion of the dirty snow dumped on our plants. We appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue. I have 2 concerns: There still remains, understandably, the snow/frozen dirty ice, that cannot be removed at this point or further damage will be done to the plants. The salt and hazardous materials will continue to leach into our soil and plantings and melt into our yard for the rest of the winter and perhaps longer. What remedy will you be able to offer to us, in the spring if or when we see that are plants are damaged and we need to get new plants and replant them? Will you cover those costs?
Can you assure us that your crew will be notified so this does not happen again?

Property damage claims should include copy of repair estimates, or, if the damage has been repaired, you should enclose a copy of your paid invoice.

These procedures are not a guarantee the City will pay for your losses. It will be looked into for consideration.
