Eastbound I-96/Jeffries service drive (freeway side) off of Warren exit ramp, just before traffic signal at Warren is filled with litter due to constant dumping from motorists. This particular portion of the service drive is never cleared of litter, in comparison to the 3 other portions of the same service drive/intersection traveling east and west where the litter is picked up monthly.
