27 Oxford St has never shoveled their sidewalk from the snow over a week ago. There is also a recycling bin AND two mattresses blocking the sidewalk. What is wrong with people?? This is a steep, sloping sidewalk down to Quinnipiac Ave and pedestrians are now forced to walk in the street. DPW & LCI will you please assist with enforcing the anti-blight and snow shovelibg laws? Thank you.
