Beschreibung

This whole area needs repair. The gutter pan is low and holds water that is stagnant and putrid. People drive through it all the time. The intersection is HUGE enough for a tractor trailer to make u-turns. Several feet of gutter has settled and prevents proper storm drain maintenance.
