Residents on Arch Street and 21st Street deposit trash on a daily basis. Our trash day is Tuesday AM and our trash collection is excellent. The attached pictures show how trash is deposited. It does not matter whether the trash receptacle is empty or full. Residents need to keep their trash and put it out on Tuesdays. How about visiting between 7 - 8:30 AM and ticketing the offenders?
