Beschreibung
1) There are rat sightings and rat holes in the medians the whole length of the street from Brook to Hermitage.
2) There are many broken railings on the street between Brook and Hermitage. The city fixed the ones on Confederate Ave., but never fixed the ones on Wilmington.
