There is a constant flow of pedestrian traffic in and out of this house from early afternoon until the wee hours of the morning, indicative of drug sales. Constantly people vomiting/urinating in the streets, yelling, and fist fights.

The other crime at this address looks like mortgage fraud. Notice the "misspelled" NGRUMAH, KNAME [sic] Kwame Nkrumah.
