The cans are still not in a recycling bin. Three days to go before recycling pick-up on Friday. Grass is overgrown as well. Please send the city to cut the grass, get the cans in the recycling bin, get the desk out of the front yard, return the chopping carts to Winn-Dixie as the occupants seem unable to to do basic property up-keep and maintenance.

As of September 21, 2015 this property has new owners. Have the new owners been contacted about the issues?

Since the report on 10/13 the situation has declined considerably! The trash bins full of old cans are still there (right next to an empty recycling bin) along with shopping carts and debris. The tenants have haphazardly put up tarps on the porch for who knows what and there is trash and old furniture that's been piling up on the front lawn for months. There are semi-feral flee infested cats everywhere. This place is a hazard to the residents of this neighborhood and the city really needs to do something to avoid a public health issue.

Hello ABC123. I called FannieMae who has taken over ownership of this property as of 9/21/2015. I was referred to Clifford Roe 727-595-7295 the listing agent representing FannieMae to address these issues. Please join me in calling Mr, Roe to address our concerns. I would also ask anyone else reading these messages to do the same.
