When turning onto Dillard Dr in the am around 8:00, both lanes of traffic are stopped even though the schools there don't start until 9:15. Nobody can pass through. However, upon returning at 3:00, 45 minutes before school is released, there is 1 carpool line and the other lane is clear. How can this be? There is a policeman there normally; can he direct traffic? It takes forever to go to Walnut St & cut around that corner.
