A house was torn down several months ago at this address. Since then the lot has had absolutely no yard work done and is now extremely overgrown. I have contacted the realtor who listed the property and he assured me they would take care of it but nothing has been done. Many homes are for sale here and potential buyers are complaining about thr lack of maintenance.
