Cars turning left from the Charlotte Volvo car lot onto westbound Independence Blvd., at Margaret Wallace Rd., do not yield to traffic. There is no sign "reminding" them to do so. Many times, drivers turning right with a green light from Margaret Wallace onto westbound Independence have to stop or they will be hit by drivers leaving the Volvo lot and making that left turn across traffic. The city should put up a sign to remind drivers that when making a left turn, in most cases, they should yield to traffic.
