On the Market Street side, that extension includes half the measurable depth sidewalk, only. Also, all tables and chairs are to be positioned adjacent to the original licensed premises and not across the public way (sidewalk) or at the curb. Since this is a liquor licensed establishment, reporting to Liquor Control Enforcement (LCE) at 215-726-6200 may be best.
