Since MARCH of this year, this has been exposed.
It started as a rat burrow and grew in size. Rats seem to be gone (for now) yet this and FOUR rat burrow holes remain.
I have reported this safety concern at least twice now.
There must be someone that can come & dump dirt in the holes?
Which department can I report this to so I know it will be corrected by the end of this month?
